Article Review on “How PG Tripled Its Innovation Success...

Article Review on â€Å"How PG Tripled Its Innovation Success Rate† The purpose of this article was to discuss the efforts of Procter Gamble to increase the success rate of their innovations. The article began by mentioning how innovation was the â€Å"backbone of PG’s growth†, but at the start of the 2000’s, only 15% of PG’s innovations actually met expectations (Brown Anthony, 2011). PG created the â€Å"Connect and Develop† program which allowed people from outside the company to give their own ideas to the company, but the first major step in creating successful innovations was to hire two PG veterans to build a â€Å"growth factory† (Brown Anthony, 2011). The two leaders in the innovation process, Leikhim and Goulait, worked with other PG†¦show more content†¦Having the right people working on a project is very important for successful innovation. PG chose two people with thirty years of PG experience to lead the devel opment of the growth factories (Brown Anthony, 2011). Having people who understand the vision and direction of the company is a primary step for successful innovation. Also mentioned in the article is that growth teams should be â€Å"small and nimble† (Brown Anthony, 2011). Schermerhorn (2011) mentions that the ideal team size shouldn’t exceed six to seven members as it can be difficult to manage all the ideas and opinions of a large group (p. 397). Opinion It is my opinion that the information in this article would be a good template for leaders looking towards innovation. The innovation process has many different directions and it takes strong organized leadership in order to create successful innovations. Team leaders must be taught to have the mind-sets and behaviors that will prohibit disruptive growth and organizational structures must be developed to drive new growth (Brown Anthony, 2011). PG has been successful with innovation during its history because they have placed an emphasis on being innovative; they have built the culture to be innovative. Schermerhorn (2011) wrote that â€Å"in highly innovative organizations, the strategy and culture support innovation† (p. 97). So, for a company to be successful in innovation, it must have the vision to do so and accept the risks of innovation. List of TOEFL Essay TopicsOne of the first steps in writing an essay on TOEFL is to collect lists of toefl essay topics. The challenge will be to find well-established topics. The second challenge will be to create the essay topic from scratch, thus the necessity for a list. The TEOFL consists of two parts, the Verbal section and the Listening section. This article provides a review of the two sections of the test. The first part of the TOEFL consists of several written works, a listening section, and the oral knowledge component. The following parts consist of a score report and the final written exam. These are interdependent. A weak written section will not get you through the process if you do not have good listening ability. The TOEFL is a four-hour interview, which makes it imperative that you master the skills of listening and writing in a short amount of time. The written portion of the test is composed of aural components, including dialogues, topics, dialogues, narratives, cha rts, graphs, and several more. The first piece of audio is the introductory material, which consists of phrases like 'Let's discuss some of the main issues you will be faced with when you take this test.' The next bit is the typical essay topics, which consist of vocabulary, history, geography, art, and many others. When you hear these topics, you must try to identify what they are talking about, and then write your own thoughts and ideas about them. The last section of the test is the essay portion. You must either be able to understand or write coherent essays about the topics listed in the list of TOEFL essay topics. Therefore, this part of the test is the most important part. Now, for the reading section. There are some topics, which cannot be completed by means of writing alone. The lists of TOEFL essay topics for the reading portion should include these topics. These topics are: nature, socialization, literature, history, education, philosophy, anthropology, and more. When you kn ow these topics, you can successfully complete the reading portion. It is imperative that you learn these topics, which have to be in place before you can read anything else. This is the main point of the reading portion. These are the three main areas that you should focus on when writing a TOEFL essay. You should not ignore the oral portions. Can You Write a Research Paper Online?

Can You Write a Research Paper Online? Can you write a research paper online? Yes, you can, although the odds are heavily stacked against you. A research paper is, by definition, a formal paper of the kind that is designed to produce some sort of academic result. In a general sense, research papers are written in order to make a point in some way, be it as a critique of some current event or matter of scientific interest. So the question really is, can you write a research paper online? Absolutely, but only if you are prepared to go the extra mile. A research paper should ideally be the direct result of a great deal of research. For example, if you're writing a paper about something to do with medicine, then it's obviously going to take you a very long time, as you'll need to gather all sorts of information in order to produce a truly substantial paper. And, as a result, you'll probably be having to spend a lot of time writing your research, so you need to be able to spend it in a way that minimises you being 'online'.If you want to do research properly online, then you will have to get online access. It's possible for a researcher to do their research in the office; they could photocopy anything they want, research it on their computer, then paste it into a document that can be distributed electronically, just like an email. However, this can be quite expensive. As a researcher, what you will want to do is get online access and save yourself time and money. The best way to get online access to all sorts of research documents is via a service that is dedicated to helping researchers to produce quality documents. What such a service will do is make sure that each document is completely edited before being sent out. In other words, the company will research the relevant topic thoroughly, as well as take into account what the researcher will want to say, and work out a document that contains that information. The company will also give the researcher a detailed list o f points to make in his or her document, which the researcher can then work on. This will give the researcher the time and opportunity to find out just what the writer wants to say and how to use it, meaning that, no matter how much time the researcher has, they can always produce the document in a well-organised way.Online access is not free, although it should be cheap enough that anyone can afford it. And, in truth, if you can afford it, it's a good idea to get online access to the research you produce. By getting online access, you will be able to save yourself a lot of time and money by avoiding spending much time typing out your documents, as well as saving yourself money in the long run.So is online access worth it? Well, you'll have to decide for yourself, but there's no doubt that, in terms of research papers, online access is a worthy investment. And it certainly beats spending long hours online at home!
